The Ring’s Snake

I was a volunteer staff nurse on an inpatient care facility for ten months, while I was waiting for my state board exam as a registered nurse I figured that the logical thing to do is improve my skills and add up hours of experience in a hospital setting. Being able to contribute financially to my family is one of my priorities, there are a lot of things to consider in becoming a health care professional, but I am aware of the number of applicants who are vying for work so I had to rethink my career. I was afraid I would not get a job at this rate so most of the time during office breaks I post applications online, then I came across job openings for certified nursing assistants.   I was not conscious until now that there is a need for certification as a nursing assistant because I did not bother to, but more than that the good news is that there is rising job opportunities for certified nursing assistants in our state. With diligence on surfing the net, I was able to enrol on a certified cna training school online for an affordable rate. I made sure there was no conflict with my current volunteer work, my schedule was after my shift and my course took me about one hundred hours of training and I contact our state’s board of nursing requesting that my current volunteer work credited as my direct clinical training. With my diligence and persistence an approval on my request was given and they recognized my online training. Now I am getting ready for my state certification exam and I am confident I will pass this exam, giving me the edge I need for immediate employment in my state and also for further pursuing my career as a full pledged registered nurse in the near future.
