  In order for the company to achieve their goals, they would always follow certain activities for different businesses and to make the company successful, these are few of the key things that should be followed. I have been aware of the importance of these processes being a management student which we often refer to as a business process that will produce services or specific products. In our university, I have learned that this process begins with the objectives and ends on the accomplishment or achievement of what the objectives actually are and everything should be followed. You can actually break down the process if it is too big to different sub-processes and each still contributes to the overall success and this is one of the things that I would never forget about the process of these businesses. Companies would often use this strategy especially if they are process-oriented organizations so that they can perhaps avoid the problems of failing to achieve their target objectives which have been my main focus as one of the company heads. These processes are very important to the company and I am just so amazed even if this work that I have seemed to be very demanding and stressful. It takes much time to design the business process because it needs a careful planning to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the company and this affects how you serve your customers and make them satisfied as well. In delivering their products and services to their clients is very critical for companies that is why it is important that every business company would spend time in planning the processes involved in their business.
