As a college student major in business management and accounting, I get to learn how to run a business properly and complying with its legal demands, actually taking this business management and accounting course was not really my first option but my father wanted me take the course because he wants me to handle our businesses as soon as I graduate because he admitted that he does not get any younger anymore, so with all my respect I followed their decision and now I can say that taking this course was not really bad after all, I get to see the real world and apply what I have learned in reality through our businesses and I am so much grateful about my decision, I have no regrets then I am learning a lot and at the same time I am having fun with the course   This BPMS is a software system that connects that business and the people within its scope and also with the consumers and allowing the business to be exposed to different varieties of demands of people and how these demands could be supplied and also BPMS promotes efficiency and productivity of the business and it also establish change and improvement for the betterment of the company and the people, a successful business should establish a firm system that everybody working there should follow and comply with, this BPMS approach would allow a business to become more capable for change especially that our world is always rapidly changing and also together with the technology, now I can say that I am very much competent to handle our business especially when we have discussed about BPMS which stands for business process management system, which requires every business to have this in order for the business to succeed and grow.
