Spartacus , Blood and Sands is an Australian TV series that I got hooked on, the story is based on the ancient Roman times gladiator, Spartacus, a slave that was turned into a gladiator. The series has a lot of violent and sexual scenes, that is why it is rated R, and it has a disclaimer in the beginning of every series. They try to portray, in every episode as close to how it was in the old Roman times, including the language, the way of dressing and the lifestyle of the Romans. How the rich and the famous lived their life in those days were portrayed together with the treatment of the slaves, and the struggle for power in those days, and what humans are capable to gain it. The story in season one,revolves around Spartacus, and how he became the greatest gladiator that ever lived. There are a lot of fighting involved and there are a lot of sexy scenes and nudity, and blood spurting every where, in this season. Spartacus longs to be reunited with his wife, and the love story between the slaves is what’s behind the violence, all the fighting, deceit, greed for power. I want to watch the next season which is about the previous gladiators before Spartacus, I got addicted after my boyfriend downloaded all the series in season one and watched all of it in one day. I want to know where I could watch movies online for free, I have asked around, and everyone is pointing me to get utorrent, which I already tried downloading, but it is not working, or maybe I am just too stupid to figure out to make it work.
