My mom does really know how to surprise me and again I fell for that when I was just checking on some papers at the front yard of the house and she suddenly appears on the scene with coffee and some afternoon delight snacks for me while making an introductory line that I should already think about getting married soon because they already want to see their grandchildren playing by the front yard. My mom just made me realize how long my girlfriend and I have been pretty much together over how many years and yes, we have been talking also about getting hitched but we have both agreed to get our own place first, a house and a good lot location, before we settle down as a family and probably have kids. Well, I did some bit of research from the world wide web to home living magazines, interior design catalogs and house planning and architectural digests and after doing that I did realize one clear thing and that is this, it is not that easy to build and design a house from scratch. I was really thinking of just buying a house for us and then just move but my girlfriend and at the same time my mom wanted to have a dream house not just for us but for our coming kids too and so they said that we had to help in planning out a design that really fitted us. It is rather surprising how my mom and my girlfriend get along so well in almost all things and that would probably because you would rather expect a very tense relationship between future in laws and the future bride. Getting your own house is an investment and that is really true because you have to spend a lot of your precious time, effort and finances as well to get your dream house plan.   The good thing is that the internet does get to help you along the way and there are a lot of companies that extend their affordable and highly customizable house plans and design concepts to those in this type of dilemma through the web.
